After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 1992, I continued my studies at the University of Miami, earning my Master’s degree in Counseling Education in 1996. In 1997, I began my career as a professional counselor working with school-aged children and their families.
In 2012, I decided to begin my own practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to provide compassionate and quality care. I am committed to helping my clients develop the necessary skills to enhance their personal growth and improve their relationships.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with motivated clients who are ready to incorporate some real change in their lives, enhance their mental health, and improve their relationships.
